Linksys er rosalega flottur, 16.900 í Tölvulistanum, en Margmiðlun er með tilboð á 990x12 mán. (og 20% afsl ef síminn er fluttur til þeirra). Athuga hvað síminn býður.
Linksys er með 4 porta hub fyrir Ethernet tengingar, en síðan má bæta við 32 þráðlausum tækjum, þannig að nota má tækið sem prentþjón að auki.
Sterkur eldveggur innbygður. Hvernig ætli hann sé stilltur?

Very easy to set-up. Good speed achieved over 100 foot gap between houses. Would not work with Netgear MA101 on XP but worked on 98 - Strange - but worked fine with Netgear ME101.
Set-up via Browser using Linux was a doodle.
Good features like:-
Log of all activity.
Security includes NAT
MAC address barring or permit only lists.
Excellent VPN set-up and port forwarding.
Poor or questionable aspects:-
128bit encryption brought weak signals to a crawl. (but that is the nature of encryption)
Date is not recorded in the log and the log can only be read in blocks of 100 lines.
No save settings in file on computer in case of complete crash and have to set-up again.
Documentation is OK if you already understand networking. Overall one of the easiest set-ups I have seen.
